Service Level Agreements
Hostcentral is built on 'best-of-breed' hardware and software. As proof
of our faith in our network and our equipment, we have developed a series
of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the services we provide.
These SLAs set out the target levels of service for our products and
corresponding reimbursements for our failure to meet minimum levels
of service stated.
